Broker In Charge
I’m Phillip Williams, Realtor and Broker In Charge of All Weather Realty, serving Pitt County, NC and surrounding counties. I earned my North Carolina real estate license in 1997 while I was chief meteorologist for a local television station. I have sold homes full time since 2009. It is a pleasure working with buyers and sellers in Greenville, Winterville, Ayden, Farmville, Grimesland and all of eastern North Carolina.
My objective is for you, the client, to be happy with your real estate experience whether you are buying, selling, or both. I have access to ALL homes listed for sale and would like to represent your interests in your next home purchase. My wealth of experience selling homes combined with a robust advertising budget, make listing your home with me a wise choice. Contact me, Phillip Williams, for all your buying and selling real estate needs.
Since selling hundreds of homes in the Greenville/Winterville area, I feel it is important to give back to this great community. I have tutored with the Pitt Literacy Volunteers helping adults learn to read and write. I am on the board of directors of Life of NC, an empowerment non profit organization with a mission of developing good work habits for men and women needing help getting on track. I’m also on the board of directors of Greenville Public Access Television. Over the years, I have taken part in many local charities including the March of Dimes, the Children’s Miracle Network Telethon, and the Real Crisis Center. I’m also on the festival committee for the Winterville Watermelon Festival.
While being a Realtor is my full time job, I can be seen on Wednesdays and Thursdays on WITN as a meteorologist presenting weather forecasts at Noon and 5:30pm. I was chief meteorologist for a local TV station for more than 2 decades, so I thought naming my Realty firm All Weather Realty just seemed to fit. Ironically, the first home I sold as All Weather Realty was in the pouring rain. It is always great weather to buy a home!
