Phillip Williams - Broker-In-Charge
If my face looks familiar, it might be because I’ve spent more than three decades in your living room as a local TV meteorologist. I was Chief Meteorologist for the local CBS television station in Greenville, NC.
My Real Estate career began at Re/Max Preferred Realty as a buyer’s agent. I then branched out to assisting buyers and sellers when I joined Pirate Homes and Realty.
In 2016, I created All Weather Realty and have served as broker-in-charge since then. At the time I started my firm, I was also working as a meteorologist for the local NBC station. so I felt I should use the word “weather” in the firm name.
I often joke that every home purchase comes with a free weather forecast, but my real commitment is providing clarity and confidence during your real estate journey. Having guided hundreds of clients through the buying and selling process, I take immense pride in seeing my neighbors achieve their dreams right here in Eastern North Carolina. I’m Chris Hodges, and I have lived in the Pitt/Greenville area since middle school, but went to school in the Kinston/La Grange area. I have worked at East Carolina University as the Head of IT Operations for Joyner Library at ECU since 2006, but I have a passion for Real Estate.

The house had been listed with two other realtors for 13 months with little interest and without success. The first thing he did when taking over the listing was to carefully look over the house and suggest a number of inexpensive repairs and improvements to the house that would create a good impression on the home buyer. After I made these improvements, he personally placed flower vases and other decorative items in the living room, bathrooms, and kitchen, since the house was completely vacant and really needed them.
